About you (please use English):
I am a social scientist who specializes in understanding the gendered nature of institutions, power and their effects in higher education and public life. I use this academic knowledge to lead change in my own higher education environment. I advise and support other organisational leaders in their gender change initiatives. I also lead and contribute to collaborative activities designed to address the gender gap in higher education and public life. The SAGE consortium in which I am a partner recently granted funding to address gender inequalities in higher education, and I look forward to engaging in that work over the coming three years.
